I have many clients who live a couple hours away from here but are interested in buying a property. As fast as this market has been moving, many times they cannot make the drive quick enough to tour the property before it is already under contract. To better assist my clients, I have been doing videos for them when properties hit the market. This helps give them a different view than what the pictures show. Some videos are more in depth, others are just quick run throughs.
