A modular may be the way to go

Today I has the please to your some model modular and double wide manufactured homes. I am happy to say I learned a little.

Did you know that the primary difference between modular and manufactured homes is that modular homes are held to the same local, state, and regional building codes required for o—site homes, while manufactured homes are held to federal codes set by the Department of Housing And Urban Development (HUD).

Modular homes are built with 2” x 6” studs, whereas most stick built are 2” x 4” studs. This makes them sturdier.

Manufactured double wides can actually come with sheet rock! No more lines down the walls.

I would love to hook you up with one of these beauties. I have a contact. Hit me up!!
