St James is a sprawling 6,000 acres so ease of access is important. There are four gates available to both residents and guests and a fifth one planned in The Reserve in the near future.
With 4 24 Hour Gated Access Points your privacy and security is of the highest importance in St James. All gates are accessible by residents via electronic pass on your windshield 24 hours, 7 days a week.
The main gate is open 24 hours 7 days a week for guest to enter. See below for the guest hours of the 3 remaining gates. All guests gain passage by having a property owner call the main gate to grant you access or by touring the community with your real estate agent.
The St. James Marina & Marketplace
